We have had an absolutely fantastic two weeks, blessed with some pretty good weather with a couple of outstanding sunny days. Jill has been fantastic – you would not “buy” that view and has been one of the best places we have ever stayed.’

It’s been a rainy week but that hasn’t stopped us exploring the area, enjoying the hot tub and going for some fantastic walks. Highlights include Castle Tioram and the Silver walk circuit, exploring the lighthouse and Sanna Bay and watching the stars appear as the sun set. We spotted pine martens, grass snakes, field mice and possibly a sea eagle! We’re already looking forward to being back one day soon.’

‘What a superb week! Accommodation-wise, weather-wise, wildlife spotting and hot tubbing. Highlights: Did we mention the hot tub? Did we mention the sunshine?! Visited every evening by ‘Pimms the Pine Marten’. Saw otters on Loch Sunart, an eagle on the Mull road and wild goats and red deer near Kingairloch. Many thanks for all your advice!’
What a wonderful place to spend our honeymoon, well familymoon really! This week has included….beach combing, hot tubbing, sunbathing, rain dodging, cake baking, rock pooling, bird watching, forest walking, gin drinking, movie watching, eating far too many treats and having a wonderfully relaxing time. Mustn’t forget the week long ‘fishy’ jigsaw, everone had a hand in that…..fantastic coffee every day too…..what more could you want? A few sightings of the resident golden eagle and pine martens too. Superb. We all can’t wait to come back again.’
