Facing south and with commanding views over Loch Sunart and the Morvern hills beyond, the huge upstairs open plan living space has an arched roof and contains the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. It has floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors at the southern end which lead out onto the balcony where there is a small table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee. A spiral staircase leads to the large lower deck comprising the hot tub, dining and sitting areas with a chiminea. A BBQ area is adjacent to the deck.

LIVING AREA
Beautiful open plan living space situated on the first floor with breathtaking views over Loch Sunart and the surrounding hills. Includes 49″ Freesat Smart TV, Blu-ray player, bluetooth speaker and patio doors leading to the balcony. The kitchen is fitted with a wide variety of units including electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, bean-to-cup coffee makers and dishwasher, and the large dining table can seat up to eight guests.
BEDROOM 1
Stylishly designed, spacious front bedroom with kingsize bed, ensuite wet room, and patio doors leading directly onto the front deck for ease of access to the hot tub.
BEDROOM 2
Situated at the back of the house, this large second bedroom can be set up to fit your requirements. With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request) and an en-suite with both a shower cubicle and separate bath.
FRONT DECK
Access to the front deck is from the balcony – via a spiral staircase, external steps or through the sliding front bedroom doors. There is a chimenea with lounging chairs, a stainless steel BBQ, a table and chairs and the hot tub which stays at 39°C all week. Firewood/kindling/paper matches are provided.
